This was created so that you, the customer, doesn't have to create any support tickets.

If none of the solutions provided works, and you conducted some research and found no hope then you can submit a support ticket. All I ask for are screen shots of your error and your attempts at trying to solve the issue.

This Knowledgebase is more FAQ formatted, so if you have an issue that is not on here then please send a support ticket so I can help out. And of course, add the solution to the knowledgebase.

Rules for submitting a ticket:

* I need screen shots of your error.
* You need to be descriptive. Can't help out someone who is like "I need help, it isn't working".
* Be friendly and considerate. I will try to help you as fast as I can and the best I can, so please be patient and friendly towards myself and the process will go very smoothly.
