How and where do I install this?

Make sure you are installing babl in your web host's/server's public directory. Some hosts have a different file name for this, but their typically "public_html", "html" or "www". Those directories are public directories that lead you to the actual website. You may drag and drop the babl contents in either folders.

This does take quite some time so please be patient. In the meantime, create a MySQL database and user via your website's control panel. Give the user read, write, and execute permissions to the database.

Once all of the files are done transferring to your web host/server it is time to actually install the application.

Go to your website and you will be prompted with an installation wizard. Just follow the directions and everything will go smoothly.
